After years of tinkering with sound production and engineering, I started taking it seriously in 2012 and haven’t looked back. Audio production is a mysterious art form and I am fascinated by the process. For me, the most important thing is to capture the essence of the musicians and the performance. My favorite records are from the bygone era of tape, analog consoles and legendary studios. But we are also in an amazing era of affordable technology and have the ability to make professional recordings in humble environments. My goal is to find the balance — to make records with dirt, grease and personality using modern methods and technology.

I Make My Own Luck (2018)
The I Make My Own Luck EP was a cool project because it was the first time that I did everything except for the vocals: played all the instruments, produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered. This record was particularly fun because we got to study some of our favorite covers and try to reproduce the tunes in our own way while still respecting the original version.
